We don't do resorts but needed a three night stay after a rural visit. Initially alarmed by Puerto de las Cruz our hearts sank a bit when we saw the exterior but inside was very pleasing, spacious and staff polite. Little English spoken, this reflected main guests were Spanish/German/other European. Guests were therefore very polite! Our room was very spacious... more

I was there for a week with my wife and little daughter. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the downtown. Taxi costs about 4 Euro to the downtown.
