The positive impressions put down in earlier reviews are all true, perhaps with some restrictions regarding the cuisine (sorry, the extensive use of meat tenderizers is not my taste). just got back 12th aug , we were staying in the new refurbished rooms , very high standard , sat tv only sky news and cnn english speaking also eurosport but in german, lots more channels but mostly spanish and german, excellent view over puerto de la cruz from our balcony. air condition was hotel regulated and did not drop... more
