The hotel is on the outskirts of Puerto, but close to the Botanic Gardens and several nice restaurants. Excellent rooms, interesting interior decor, good service and friendly staff. Just returned from a week here. Wonderful hotel, great facilities, food and very friendly and helpful staff. Should be a 5 star but probably not snobbish enough .The rooms and everywhere in hotel very clean, and hotel has recently been refurbished and all in tip top condition. Buffet breakfast and dinner always .offered plenty of choice and to high standard.

Be aware that this is really a mainly german staying clientel, but the standard was very good, with all you could eat breakfast and evening meal, lots of choice and plenty of it.
