Stayed in hotel last July, nice large rooms, good choice of food and generally good service provided. Nice big pool and good overall facilities. Top of an hill with good views and free bus into Puerto del la Cruz. Only issue was poor service by some reception staff with attitude problem towards some guests. Overall would stay again.
