Dirty room and bath. Bad, old, dirty building. Bad, old food. Dirty dining room. Bad room view. No free parking place. This is not a four stars hotel at all. I've been in several 4 stars hotels in Tenerife and this in comparison is at most a two star hotel. Staff is ok though. Not worth it.
