We have been on family holydays. The locations is perfect in centre of Santa Cruz Tenerife, rooms very clean and big. Beds are big enough to sleep one adult and one child, and is no extra charge for it.

Great staff, and fabulous location especially for the Auditorio. Good shopping around the hotel. Very decent roof terrace with jacuzzis and two saunas (M/F), a good bar. Breakfast expensive at €16. Spacious rooms and free wifi. Good bar and and easy access for the Bus Terminal and Tram station. Would recommend however not cheap here!!

A four star hotel with domestic Spanish hotel brands doesn’t always delivers what it promises, especially not when the “special” price indicate three star or lower. Therefore I was gladly surprised to find this hotel with comfort to international standards.
