Very trendy/chic European-style hotel with excellent views of the Atlantic from just about every room. It's a bit far from the nearest shopping/eating, but it right next to a fantastic walk along the rocky coastline. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. Hotel Chiqui is in a lovely location at the end of the beach. However, it is a short bus ride into town and the fare is only 1 euro for wherever you want to go. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Gets very busy at the weekends as they have a lot of functions going... more

Stayed here in July 2008. We only booked a few days before we arrived. Got a 'double' room (two single beds!) for 100 euro per night. Our room was adequate. It was small and clean with a sea view but didn't have a balcony or air conditioning. Wireless internet access is available in your room for 6 euro per day.... more

Hotel was recommended to us by friends - and it is in a brilliant location, overlooking a huge, spotlessly clean beach. Just a 6 euro or so taxi fare or 30 min walk along the seafront from the centre of Santander - (which is a great city) and 22 euro from the airport. All in all our three night stay... more
