what a find, right in the heart of santander, not far from the beach. Old wordly place, good value for money. plus a pretty good buffet breakfast, be careful with the furnace toaster!! lol. and another bonus, cafe vienes, a bar facing to hotel entrance, smallest bar in santander, very friendly barman, cheap drinks too!! what more could you want?

We found it comfortable, clean and friendly. Room was spacious and refitted. Located right in the heart of the city, in the old town and a minute from the bay. Would certainly use this hotel again. Very good value for money.

This is a nice hotel if a little old-fashioned. Rooms are a good size with plenty of light. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Free wifi. Location is terrific with a lovely restaurant behind hotel, Cafe Arco, and a tapas bar in the next door covered market which also has a tourist office.

The location is very central. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We booked this hotel as they advertised wifi in all the rooms. Not once did we get a signal and beyond resettting the router once which did not fix the problem, the staff were unwilling to help. The floors were also very noisy so you would hear thumping through the night. Don't go if you want wifi.

The hotel although conveniently located offers bad value for money for 120 euros you don't expect bad smells, old rooms and unfriendly personnel
