I stayed in this hotel for 1 night, and it served it's purpose. A room with a bed and a shower. For €25/room/night one cannot expect much more. The hostal is situated above a petrolstation, next to the highway, which makes it easy to get to by car, but difficult by any other means. Yes, the receptionist was monolingual, but... more

Or at least they would if they spoke all of the languages they claim to. Nightmare. A 12 euro ten minute taxi drive from the train station brought two weary, hungry travellers to the Hostal golf to find the late night restaurant shut, a room with nylon sheets and a dripping tap, views of a petrochemical plant and a monolingual... more

I stayed in the place for 2 nights. The hostel in in the middle of an industrial estate attached to a petrol station. Ok. some of us like industrial landscapes. However. This hostal is on NO bus route, No train route and is 5 km and 12 euros in a taxi to Santander. Although only a couple of Km's from... more
