We arrived in Toledo on a Friday night with no reservations, saw this hostal and stayed a night. They only had a quadruple, but gave it to us at a double price (45 euros). The room and bathroom were very clean, front desk personnel very helpful. Good A/C; no wireless. It is located on a quiet little street very close... more
We actually did look at a number of 3 & 4 star hotels before settling on a 1 star hostal as there was really so little difference in the rooms. The location was great, down a narrow street behind the Alcazar, a short walk to the Plaza de Zocodover and plenty of cafes nearby for the morning Café con leche.... more
