OK,i want to getstraight to the point with this place,we booked through travel agent and one of the 1st things we specified was that we wouldnt turn up to a building site!!!!which is exactly what happened,under construction(oh my god)if that wasnt enough we couldnt even get into our room ,when asked for help,oh my god,how rude these people were,and to... more

This hotel was wondeful with a fabulous location--unless you have problems with noise at night. Since we have no problems with noise it worked out perfectly. The room was fairly large, clean, and had a great view from the balcony. It is also located right across the street from the Tourist Information center. I would definitely stay here again. more

Stayed here for 2 days last winter, and while the Burgos weather was cold, the staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was large, the heating worked well, and the location was wonderful. When I return to Burgos, I'm going to stay here again more
