Unlike one recent reviewer, we had no problems at the Cabildo. Our room and bathroom were spotless with fluffy towels and lots of hot water. A small balcony gave us a bird's eye view of the paseo below. We found the reception staff very helpful. They gave us recommendations for three great restaurants in the old town. more
