We inially booked an apartment at the FGA Bach for one night prior to our cruise. We flew in from California, which meant we were extremely tired (four women). First, the cab driver couldn't find the apartment, but it seemed none of the cab drivers in Barcelona knows where apartments are.
Upon arrival, there was absolutely no one there. The cab driver dropped us in front of what we hoped was the FGA Bach apartments. Imagine four women with luggage for a 13 day cruise. UGH! Anyway, we are standing in this alley with all of our luggage and really didn't know what to do. We had to flag our taxi down and ask him to call for the second time (the first was for directions) to find out what was going on.
We were told that there was a problem with the apartment and that they moved us. How were we to know this? Your guess is as good as mine. So our taxi driver reloaded us and our luggage and took us to the new location.
