We recently rented an apartment through this agency and were extremely disapointed because of the poor condition of the place.
We had to fight our way up the stairs with our suitcases trying to avoid knocking down the poles that were keeping the ceiling from falling down. We found the apartment not at all as per the pictures on the web site - it really is a student's place, with no comfort whatsoever. As for the equipment, we couldn't connect to internet, there was no hair dryer, no coffee machine, and the tub doesn't drain properly. The one positive aspect is that it is well located - we loved Gracia.
We left a message on the day of our arrival with the agency to tell of our disapointment but no one ever returned our call which is not exactly professional either. So, for all these reasons, we will never rent again from this agency. more
