Amazing building and facilities compeletly ruined by the horrible service and horrible location. Unless you are going in the summer and want to go to the beach then find somewhere else to stay. The hotel is at the end of the beach by itself. Closest restuarant is a 20 minutes walk. Entire front of hotel looks over a construction site.... more

When booking nobody spoke catalan ( proper and official language in Catalonia). Once pressed the english option book was carried out. Once in the hotel, was hard to be understood in catalan. Loved this hotel it is amazing - i have stayed in many W hotels and this has to be the best. W thru and thru, the rooms, the feel, the pools, the food, drinks and club/bar on the top floor. Just the type of hotel Barcelona needed! more

Stayed there for 3 days and found it an interesting experience. Though it is great inside, outside it looks too much like Burj Al Arab in Dubai and it is not a compliment...
