With reservations we would recommend this hotel. Only at centain times were there English speaking staff at the reception desk. Ice buckets and ice for the rooms were unheard of. Offered us ice from the bar in a plastic grocery bag. Tissues and wash cloths were not to be found. Book rooms on the Via Laietano side of the hotel... more

Hotel clean, efficient and staff helpful. Traffic Noise expected given handy proximity to the port and centre of Barcelona. Very comfortable rooms.
