Student res but rooms in top condition. Freshly painted and cheerful. Central AC a plus. It is not close to anything but for 60 euros a night you can hardly complain. Lots of hot water. We ran out of soap.

Great rates, great service, great location. We spent 2 nights last week and were very satisfied with our stay. 150€ for 2PAX for 2 nights, that's quite a deal for Barcelone, especially on a peak week-end. Great to find a pool for such a price. Overall: perfect. Would definitely recommend this place and go back for future trips.
