We stayed four nights at this hotel, it was a clean, comfortable and quiet room...617..., the breakfast was good, the recepton staff were helpful, the hotel is well located near the city centre, with a taxi rank close by, we would stay there again.

Great Location, very close to the posh shops in one direction and Las Rambalas in the other. The taxi rank is virtually outside the door. Very clean but lacks personality, restaurant offered good value for money, but lacked atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful.

Good location, but that's as far as it goes. Staff were miserable and unhelpful. Our room was dark and overlooked the kitchen vents which stunk our room out when we opened the window for some air. Stayed here a few times when my 1st choice wasn't available. It's perfectly fine, but any charm as its quite cold and clinical... Perfect for business though. Location is great with shops, and restaurants a stones throw away. Try the big tapas on the corner... Worth waiting in line for!

After staying in this hotel for a long weekend, it provided a very central location. Staff were friendly. Accommodation was clean. It is not far to walk to Las Rambalas for all the hustle and bustle. I would go back without hesitation.
