Title says it all. The rooms are nothing great, and after our first night we found 2 dying bedbugs in the room in the morning. There was also a mysterious mattress with disheveled sheets in front of our door in the morning (eww!). Since we didn't get any bites I assume that the bedbugs entered our room from the mattress... Stayed 2 nights in twin room, 2 night in double room. Located 6 mins walk from Liceu metro. Good location near La Rambla, Mercat San Boqueria. There's a Carre Four nearby and you can walk to Placa Catalunya. Staff not overly friendly. Rooms seem a little unkept. Shower curtain has a bit of mold. 24 hr reception. Security is alright.... Looking somewhat like a small shop, the entrance to the hostel is deceptive and the the place is much bigger and nicer than first impressions.
