Great location off Plaça Catalunya. However, the hotel is very run down - windows cannot be opened because handle is broken, worn furniture, badly worn bathroom, stained carpets...you get it all. Service level is poor, staff is friendly on the surface but incompetent when it comes to solve issues. I will not return.

Stayed there last year and was impressed at the location service and rooms. Things have gone downhill in one year. Our room had rotting wood molding. There was construction going on in the hotel and our room was noisy. The staff was not very helpful. Won't stay there again.
