I stayed here during a conference at the CCIB, which is about a 15-20 minute walk away. It is reasonably convenient, but a little far from the metro (about 8 blocks). Clean and generally pleasant. There was some construction next door that started fairly early in the morning, so not great if you want to sleep in. more
