I stayed there for 2 nights. The room was fine and quite warm for the winter. Sometimes we can hear the sound from the street but it's fine. Breakfast was nice and the staffs are friendly. At first, I found it hard to find the hotel from the metro exit, so if you're not sure where you're going, you better... More

We stayed at the Amrey Sant Pau for two nights. Our room was on the ground floor and wheelchair-accessible. This meant that the shower did not have a rim, so the water flowed all over the bathroom. Also, there was a window right where the shower was. Since we were on the ground floor I could see cars and people... More

We stayed at this hotel in July of 2011 for a conference at the nearby University St Pau. We were a little worried at first by the two star rating but the hotel was excellent for the price. I don't know if I have had better value anywhere else. Get a room with a balcony as the view is great... More

I had some relatives come to visit Barcelona for a couple of days. I know the city pretty well so booked this hotel based on the fact that I was comfortable with the metro (which is 10 minute walk away) and its location close to the Sagrada Familia. The area is relatively quiet compared to other parts of Barcelona. The... More

Not the best location but it is situated close to the metro. About a 10 minute uphill walk. From there you can take a straight train to Paseig de Gracia. Not a lot around the hotel so it was quiet. The room was a little small but clean and basic. I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. More

We stayed at the hotel for four nights on a recent hockey tour of the city . The hotel while basic is perfect for a large party on a trip to the city, the rooms although quite small are clean and the bed is comfortable . It's probably worth asking for one of the outer rooms, the room we had... More

Nice. modern hotel in Barcelona. Bit of oa walk to metro but close the Sant pau hospital. Staff were not the friendliest. Thye have an in house restaurant with reasonably priced food but the breakfast buffet was a little expensive. More

The Amrey San Pau is situated in a good neighborhood, next door to the Hospital de Sant Pau - a UNESCO World Heritage Site - it is an amazingly beautiful hospital (you can take a tour if you want to). Also within walking distance is Gaudi's masterpiece, Sagrada Familia. There, you can purchase tickets for Barcelona's tour bus for one... More

I stayed here at the end of June while in Barcelona for a conference. The conference was being held across the street at the beautiful Casa Convalescència (very attractive UNESCO World Heritage site), so the location was ideal. However the quality of the hotel wasn't that great. The room was small, and unwelcoming, with a tiny window at one end,... More

The hotel was very good and staff quite nice but what a surprise when we came back and realized the hotel charged us twice for the night we spend there! I made a reservation and had to give my credit card details as a guarantee. I was asured that the card will not be charged without my authorisation. At the... More
