On arrival we were allocated room 414- only suitable for single occupancy so we asked to move. The Balcony on room 130 gave us the views of 'shanty town' however it was quiet! Breakfast was acceptable but should have air con. Laundry changed daily, staff helpful and friendly. We stayed at the Hotel Gaudi for two nights, it was perfectly placed on the Ramblas, and yet it was quiet and comfortable. The rooms were clean and had little extras provided for your comfort. The staff were freindly and helpful and were more than happy to give you all the information you needed for your stay in Barcelona. more

Pleasant hotel facing an impressive Gaudi designed house. Thin walls, therefore can be noisy at times. Very disappointed in this hotel and will not return. It was the only low point in our Barcelona stay, so try to find a hotel that matches this city's charm, otherwise you will regret.
