I made an enquiry to this hostal about a reservation in July. They had no rooms left and could not find a room for me, yet this morning when my credit card bill arrived I had been charged for one nights accomodation as if I had stayed there. This is unacceptable and I will be making a formal complaint. more

Very convenient location. Every morning we ate breakfast at the market which almost backs onto the hostel. Very friendly staff. Very small room but adequate with own bathroom. Good value for 30 pounds per person. Not too noisy. You are right in the centre o f Barcelona so very convenient for sight seeing. more

..you get a quiet room. The hostal has rooms in two floors, I slept in the upper one so I cannot say if quality is better in the lower one.
