An old hotel in a residential part of town. It is next to two main roads that gets very noisy. Poor breakfast service. It is close to a metro station. You will need it to get to all tourist sites. Not within walking distance of anything of interest. Might be worth considering paying more for central location and better facilities. More

Very nice service, although the TV mysteriously stopped working, after 15 minutes we had the room, and they haven't been able to fix it. The room was pleasantly air conditioned.
