Hotel Cram was great! Located in a safe nighborhood with very clean rooms, small but very modern, comfortable and we only slept there so didn't need anything bigger. Great neighborhood, walking distance to La Rambla, the cathedral, etc. Very nice English speaking reception with great recomendations for restaurants in the area. I would stay there again for sure. more

this hotel was amazing!! the rooms where gorgeous and we had a balcony facing out onto the busy road but was not noisy at all, the bathroom was gorgeous!! the showers where walk in dual rain showers! there are robes/slippers provoded and an adequate mini bar, i found the staff helpfull and not too pushy, there when we needed them... more

Me and my husband stayed at Hotel Cram in August. We booked a superior room. When we arrived the air con was not working properly and we were told that a person would come to check it within 15 mins. Perfectly comfortable rooms. Walk up to the Universitat metro station and take the red line tour bus from nearby Plaza Catalunya. Via Diagonal(the shops) is a must. Gaudi's spectacular homes are there and the truly fantastic Museu Egypto is in the area. A beautiful city and a great hotel. more

Our stay in Cram, was not really an experience to define - the staff was friendly, the hotel in a decent location - wasn't terribly overpriced, but it definitely did not feel like a 4 star. The name says it all: Cram. The rooms are small! (Although the bathrooms are big.) But that's a minor issue. So what if they aren't huge? Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with ample storage space, and a balcony. The bathroom was white with a great shower. This is another of the hotels that designers have never had to stay in. The rooms are standard, tired and in need of the designers again. This time, perhaps more focus will be paid to the needs of the traveller. There are better value stays here and glad that it was just one night. The staff are great though but... more
