This was probably a 4* hotel when it first opened, but now it's a little worn. Still, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Our only gripe was that we had twin beds pushed together instead of a double. more

We arrived at the HCC Covadonga about 4pm, this was after trekking it from the Hospital Clinic Metro station (which incidentally is about 15 minutes away - a bit too much especially with luggage and in 30 degrees celcius!). They put charges on my credit card that were false - do not stay here. The staff clearly lied when we questioned it. Steer clear there are plently of other places to stay in this great city. more
