The owners seem to have a cleaning frenzy that has gone totally wild, everything that has not been recently cleaned and nicely organized is looked upon with suspicion and notes all over the hostel exclaim how dirty travellers are. There are fines for staining the linen, the pillow cases, for taking showers over 7 minutes, smoking anywhere near the hostel... more

If you're gonna look for a nice residence at Barcelona, Pensión Palacio is best ! Don't expect a ***** Hotel, it is very tiny, just one bathroom, but the atmosphere is very pleasent! more
