Their system made an error and I ended up being charged 140 pounds...for not even staying there!! I sent my booking confirmation, as requested, and they wont reply to my emails ...and wont give my money back!! I wouldnt go to this hotel AT ALL!!!!!!!! The customer service is bloody dreadful! more
Horrible, horrible place. Unfriendly staff, and don't expect to get more than a couple of hours sleep in the 18 room dorm. Some people are talking, laughing, watching films on their computers till 3 or 4am. Then comes the chorus of snoring. And right through the metal bunk bed squeaks and shakes like a Richter scale 7 earthquake every time... more
bad points: Overall experience of this hostel could be best discribed more like a jail. expect to pay more over the internet booking. if you booked for all female room, don't be surprized if you get mixed, and don't bother complaining to the staff, they don't speak english and don't really care.
