I was there for seven days and the people at the front desk were very short temper with the customers and there was a big convention going on maybe you should schedule different people to work different shift not the same people working all the time. I will never stay there again and will not be recommending anyone there. more

bad service, unskilled staff. Didn't feel well treated. The cafeteria at the pool level is under staffed and you have to wait long to be attended. Believe me, you will not be disappointed with this establishment. From the time you walk in you receive the highest level of customer service. The lobby, rooms, restaurant...the entire hotel overall is very modern.
