barcino 147 is just like staying at your own home. it's furnished beautifully, has a kitchen, internet, and was centrally located. feran and his helper were excellent! they stocked a full continental breakfast (and more) as well as pointed out great places to visit and eat. our family stayed here at the end leg of a very long touring trip.... more

My boyfriend and I stayed at Barcino147 B&B for 5 days. There is plenty to do in Barcelona, even if you go for a week you would still find new things to do. Great unique buildings around the B&B location. The rooms are very well decorated with antics what made it very cosy.. They also have air conditioning, big TV... more

I would stay here again, and again. It's just a few blocks (five minutes?) from Plaza Catalunya and a few minutes more to Las Ramblas. Ferran, the owner, was very helpful and kind. The caretaker was also very pleasant and helpful. I stayed in the Monserat room, which was very lovely. There is a nightclub which opens to the street... more

I just returned from a 6 night stay at Barcino 147. I felt very "at home" the entire time. Ferran was very hospitable and welcoming. He provided lots of tips and I recommend that you listen to all of them. The price cannot be beat and the location is wonderful. I believe that there could not have been a better... more

Great Location, very easy to walk to many cultural sights as well as metro. The room was very comfortable and better then advertised. Ferran was great, a wealth of knowledge and very easy to work with at getting needs met. A big plus was sharing travel stories with other guests over breakfast. The area the B & B is in... more

We stayed here for a total of 5 nights (4 nights on the 6th floor and 1 night at the end of the trip on the 2nd floor) and we loved it. Ferran was very helpful and friendly from the start. He gave us great tips on food and entertainment and made sure we completely comfortable - he even gave... more

Three of us came and stayed for the weekend, from the moment we got in the door Ferran was welcoming and gracious, and spoke perfect english. He sent us to a brillant tapas bar and answered all our questions even though we got in quite late. After visiting 5 Spanish cities I was a bit nervous about the Barcelona safety... more

Best location ever, a few short blocks away from P. de Catalunya, Rambla, etc. This B&B is very clean, well appointed, quiet, convenient and a very good deal for the price. Ferran (and Antonio) is a font of knowledge about the city and its pleasures. If you want a bath ensuite, make sure you request one. Otherwise, there is one... more

We thought it would be a BnB at the adress mentionned on the Internet Site, Cortes Catalanes 662. We were surprised to be at Carrer Arrago 349, which wasn't said to us before. Location was OK, but not so near the Ramblas. The advantage: very quiet, nice place. Barcino 147 is called Bed and Breakfast, but there were no breakfast.... more
