Perfect location - right at the top of La Rambla. 20 minute walk to the beach, metro 30 sec. away. Rooms - clean, small balcony, secure. Kitchen and bathrooms cleaned daily, room was cleaned once. Would definitely stay there again. more
Rooms were clean but small. Had a room at the back of hotel, so nothing kept us awake! Bar in hotel is not open very late. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel because it was 14 euros, we found great beakfast much cheaper round the corner! Staff were average, i have come across nicer staff when abroad. Great place to stay!!!! Very clean apartment and very friendly staff. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, great to save some money. 5minutes walking from everywhere!!!! Strongly recomended!!! more
Per the photos on Hostelworld.com, Apt. Balmes is a spare facility. However, it is very clean and quite comfortable, plus the location is excellent.
