As other reviewers have indicated, this hotel is located in a safe neighborhood near several metro stops, including a line that goes directly to the beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, although not always at the desk, as some reviewers have mentioned. We had elevator access, A/C with in-room controls, free wifi, and a TV.
