This hostal is very conveniently located, across the street from a Metro station (Urquinaona) and within easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and Plaça Catalunya. Less than one block away is an Open Cor grocery store (open until very late). Have just returned from a trip to Spain and would highly recommend this hostal to anyone traveling on a budget. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hostal is in a great location and in a beautiful old building. The studio we were in was very clean and had everything we needed including a fridge and a small kitchen. more

New and hence very clean and tidy studios, very close to Plaza Catalunya so an easy transfer by bus from airport. Convenience store located closeby which was handy as the room had a kitchenette and fridge. Accommodation was slightly noisy due to location above underground trains but these did stop at an ok time.
