Lovely hotel near the city centre (20-25 minutes walking to the Cathedral). Staff are very polite, very friendly and always helping. No problems with the service. Cleaning ( average). A great hotel on the outskirts of Santiago. It felt brand new and the rooms were decorated to an extremely high standard.
