We booked (and paid for) a large room at this location after checking out their website. The room we finally received was completely different than those shown on their website. Actually it wasn’t really a room, rather a hole (with a tiny window in the inclined ceiling) under the roof with almost no space where one could stand up straight.... more

Spent 3 days here in June 2007. Fantastic location, very close to the cathedral. Taxi rank right outside, which made jouirney to/from airport very easy (10 - 15 minutes, 16.50 Euros). Really charming place which I'd recommend without reservation if you don't want to splash out on the expensive Reyes Catolicos. Small attractively furnished rooms and helpful staff. Had to skip breakfast but I've heard it's good. Stunning location a stone's throw from the cathedral. more
We stayed at this hotel after it had been recommended by some friends. We arrived by car - warning - there is no parking within 100-200 metres of the hotel. All vehicles have access to the hotel to leave the luggages. The parking XOAN XXIII is located only 120 meters from the hotel. I do not know why this customer said otherwise. If you don't want to dish out 300 EUR (during low season) at the best hotel in town, then Casa Hotel as Artes is the place to stay. Its a small and charming hotel.
