This hotel is very conveniently located- just round the corner from the cathedral, and a few paces from the taxi stand, which is great for when you need to head to the airport. This is our place to stay in Santiago! Comfort, location, style, free and easy parking, and overall excellent! The staff is excellent, everything is clean, plus they now have a lovely swimming pool area. You will enjoy! We return every year!

A very unusual hotel, beautiful renovation inside and adjacent to a historic cathedral and working monastery. Our room had massive stone walls with well done renovations including a very nice bath. Staff were very courteous and professional. Great location to the old town.

I was amazed to find out how close the hotel is to the Cathedral and the old town of Santiago. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, without the stuffy formality of the Parador. It is a good hotel, excelent location, just in the center near the catedral. The staff is professional, polite and helpfull. The downside for us was the way to the swiming pool.
