The room was fine - a standard-sized city hotel room, with clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, soap, etc. Beds were comfortable. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are very clean and secure, with their own safety box. The location is great to and from the airport and to go to the bus terminal. we spent a very nice holiday to Santiago and this hotel was very clean , the staff friendly and carefully . The hotel is near the old city center. For us, 10 or 15 minutes walking were a pleasure in this beautiful city.
