Have just enjoyed a three day break in Gibraltar staying at the Rock Hotel. Very friendly reception staff made our check in quick and easy. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable. Room 428, 15th to 22nd Oct 2009. Reception on arrival was fine as was the first impression of our room, it did not take long to realize that the balcony door had no lock and in fact nothing to keep it closed, the toilet leaked from the waste pipe as my wife found out after raw sewage soaked her trousers.... more
