We stayed one night at the hotel Luz and were quite disappointed. When we arrived in the evening and asked for a double room we were told that the price is 79 Euro. But when we checked out next day it was suddenly 91 Euro, which is clearly too much for the quality this hotel offers. Even though the hotel is quite new, our room was not well maintained. The bathroom door was broken and could not be opened from the inside and the toilet didn't flush properly. The personnel was not really helpful and was hanging around in the bar rather than attending the reception.
On the positive side: the hotel is located in a quiet area of Haro in walking distance to the town center and offers free parking. more
