I am able to write this review in the long period it is taking me to check out, which is nearly as long as it took me to check in yesterday. The bedroom hasn't enough space to swing a cat. The 'swimming pool' is the size of a big jacuzzi. The hotel has very little natural light. Location is good,... More

Location is the most important aspect for any hotel in any city and all the more so in a European city where all things are centrally located and considering there is so much to see and usually in so little at a time, a centrally located hotel helps a lot. So this hotel earns a perfect 10 on 10 for... More

One of the best hotels we've stayed in, excellent from start to finish. I have to begin with the staff who were superb. Every person from reception, the bar staff, to those serving breakfast were friendly, helpful, spoke excellent English and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, the setting peaceful. The bathroom was well... More

We had the best stay! The room was great. The bathroom was great. The location was wonderful, just minutes from the Prado museum and train station. Make sure to get the buffet breakfast! The service was also great. The price could have been less expensive but we were very satisfied with our stay.

Excellent location for trips to the Prado as well as tapas and drinks at night. Service staff are good and everything is as one would expect from a radisson blu. I have one major quip. No parking. And no parking alternatives are offered. Unless you consider the not so useful info that "there is plenty of parking nearby" as good... More

After reading reviews about the rooms being small, I really can't see why the fuss! You're there to sleep, not to live! I had a room on the 1st floor, 111, which was next to a suite with a party going on until the small hours, but I was so tired it didn't really bother me!! The room was right... More

Although our room was small it was well appointed. We loved the coffee and having a hot pot to make tea. The hotel staff was helpful. The neighborhood felt safe and we walked through old Madrid every night. The area around Plaza Mayor was a zoo scene and great people watching. The location of the hotel was great if you... More

Stayed there for a long weekend. The location is simply the best. The hotel is very clean and well managed. You are close to downtown Madrid and so everything is within reach. The restaurant was a little expensive and if you compared it to the local tapas bar and food joints close to it, it becomes very expensive. Enjoy this... More

This is a good hotel but with a bit more effort it could be great. The location in the centre of the Museum triangle is a major attraction. Our room (211) had recently been refurbished and was big enough and comfortable. The management obviously don't think the guests will steal the coat-hangers because they could be taken off the rail... More

PROS: 1. Good Location on Paseo del Prado Boulevard between Atocha and Plaza de Cibelles: ---- walking distance from POIs such as: Prado Museum (across the street - catch the free hours after 18:00) and Botanical Garden (across the street - entrance fee) and Thyssen Bornemisza Museum (5 min walk towards Plaza de Cibelles on the same side of the...
