while the location of the hotel is good, the service and rooms left much to be desired. our first room faced the main pedestrian street which is noisy all night. we were able to move for the next two nights and the room was much better. there were only 2 english tv stations, which were sporadic, as was the wifi....

Great location, decent breakfast but the beds are just too tiny..We spent 5 nights at the hotel and not once did they bother to clear the tray of tea and coffee in the room. Al the amenities except the AC and TV are on request - so you could maybe ask for the moon and who knows..

This hotel is ideally located about 1 block from SOL metro stop on a pedestrian shopping plaza. Easy access to transportation, restaurants/cafes and within walking distance of Royal Palace. Stayed here several times. Always clean and comfortable. All European hotels have some noise issues due to the way they are built. They are never as quite as US based hotels....
