My husband and I stayed at the Best Western Arosa for 4 nights. It was a clean hotel and the staff was very nice. The location was wonderful, as we were right on Gran Via. I recommend this hotel. more

A good location but not as described on their web site. We were a party of 6 (3 double rooms). Advertised as tea and coffee in rooms but that seemed to be a real problem. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The front desk was mad I had brought my own computer. Gave me a room over looking a roof, which was full of pigeons and crap. The Arosa is very centrally located in Madrid, and an excellent value for a clean, modern hotel in such a location. Conveniently central and despite the following comments on noises was an adequate, comfortable short stay hotel.
