The Arosa is very centrally located in Madrid, and an excellent value for a clean, modern hotel in such a location. The location of this hotel is very central and is easy walking distance to major sites and a Metro stop is one block away. We stayed here in the middle of December, and upon check-in we asked for and were given a non-smoking room. It was neat and clean, and importantly in the winter, warm.
