We stayed here in the middle of December, and upon check-in we asked for and were given a non-smoking room. It was neat and clean, and importantly in the winter, warm. Nice reception and friendly staff, breakfast buffet uninspiring, but worst of all the Rooms, we were in a twin with a street view 5th floor. Despite its billing, this is no "four star." The walls are paper thin - we could hear talking and the hair dryer very clearly in the adjacent rooms.
