We recently stayed for about 8 nights at Hotel Arosa in Aug 2009; we were very happy with the rooms; the location; and the buffet breakfast; and the service from hotel staff! Nice decent accommodation pretty close to Gran Via (noise, especially on weekends) and Chueca (gay mecca). Each room has a different design. Some of them are great, some below the standard.
