Very well located hotel, in my stay the staff try so hard to make it up all the things that were wrong and at the end they did it, so to be sincere, I will go back, is few streets to " La Gran Via" if you want to take a cab to Atocha is very easy.

Excellent location, staff very helpful and great value for money. Parts a little tired but this is not a 5 star hotel so par for the course. The rooms are a fair size with the usual TV but the added advantage of free WIFI.

Stayed here recently. Good location for Madrid sightseeing. Hotel beds very comfortable, not all rooms have a balcony but ours did. Room had a funny smell not sure if it was the bathroom or the fridge! If breakfast is not included in the price then it is cheaper to eat elsewhere as there are lots of cafes nearby.
