A very nice Hotel indeed. It is spotless with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very central and close to the Metro. I would definately stay there again and recomment it to anyone travelling to Madrid

Wedding anniversary. Champagne on ice waiting on arrival. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, bright balcony, real furniture pieces, plenty of storage space. The Reception staff all smiles, giving advice on best local places. Three breakfast options, although our waiter had not heard of the best value one (the only drawback, a funny one at that). And what a sunny, relaxed, beautiful... More

Just got back from Madrid. This hotel is very centrally located. It's easy to walk to most attractions or go to various metro stations. The hotel is not very modern, but it does make a change from the usual modern look most hotels go for. Our room could do with a bit of a freshen up, but it was clean... More

We are staying at this hotel for 3 nights, the hotel is reasonably old but it has a feel obout it, we were given a room on the 6th floor with an entry, desperate bathroom and bedroom, and a big plus a large balcony. Rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wireless internet works well in the... More

Very well located hotel, in my stay the staff try so hard to make it up all the things that were wrong and at the end they did it, so to be sincere, I will go back, is few streets to " La Gran Via" if you want to take a cab to Atocha is very easy.

I thought that this hotel was great value. Our room was a good size for Europe and for the price. It even had a hallway! It was clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The balcony was large and the wifi worked perfectly and was free. I have nothing but positive things to say about the front desk staff-... More

Excellent location, staff very helpful and great value for money. Parts a little tired but this is not a 5 star hotel so par for the course. The rooms are a fair size with the usual TV but the added advantage of free WIFI.

Stayed here recently. Good location for Madrid sightseeing. Hotel beds very comfortable, not all rooms have a balcony but ours did. Room had a funny smell not sure if it was the bathroom or the fridge! If breakfast is not included in the price then it is cheaper to eat elsewhere as there are lots of cafes nearby.

I have just spent 3 nights at this hotel of a business trip. It's fantastic value and the staff are brilliantly helpful and have a genuine 'can do' attitude. The rooms are a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The beds are superb!!! Every room has a balcony which is great. Breakfast is excellent and whilst there's no restaurant... More

Good hotel just off Plaza de Espana. Great location and staff very helpful with all our needs. Excellent breakfasts which set us up for the day until the late Spanish lunch needing a nap by 4pm! Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean and well presented. Some of the décor in the communal areas was looking a bit... More
