Cason del Tormes barely deserves three stars. The location is excellent, and the service is nice, but apart from that, del Tormes is very average. Room was cold, dated and not very charming. Wireless will cost you 5 euros for 24 hours, which I think is ok. Other reviews emphasize the thin walls, they're quite right. more

Hotel Cason Del Tormes is an excellent little hotel at the top of the Gran Via .The staff are friendly and speak good English and very helpful for information and advice.
