Stayed here is April. Located on a busy street about 1/4 mile from the train stain and metro. Rooms were small and needed serious updating. Street side rooms could be quite noisy. Breakfast buffet was okay but I just couldn't get used to soupy scrambled eggs and bacon that was just warmed not really fried.

We stayed here with a tour group. The location is excellent. The bus to the Prado stops very near the hotel. The staff at the front desk were as nice as they were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommend.

I stayed here, in room 509, from 03-05-2013 until 05-05-2013. The hotel has a strange smell when you walk in. It is clean and so are the rooms. However, the windows are not 100% sound proof and the fact there is a bottle shop across the street doesn help much because people shout and laugh until late and beyond midnight!... More

There has to be better. Rooms are HOT, lots of street noise, walls are paper thin. No free Wifi or room safe. Staying on a bus tour so I guess it's all about price. It is a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. Definitely not 4 star
