Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and slept for possibly 4 hours total. Who ever thought laminate bedroom floors and doors which bang shut were a good idea? Tryp Diana Hotel's main advantage is its close proximity to Madrid international airport. It is not a 4*, and certainly you must ask for a refurbished room, or it is only 2*! Stayed 1 night due to a missed/canceled plane with Iberia in Madrid. This place is really bad. Not 4* at all, maybe a 2+ not more.
