I stayed here in end Jan 2012 driving to the south. Once I had located the Hotel(not easy as there are a mass of new Autoroutes not in my SatNav) I was very pleasantly surprised. There is a small parking lot under the Hotel and luckily I got in there(the neighbourhood is upmarket residential and parking is difficult). The reception...

It was pretty bad. Very dirty. Airline put us up here for the night and that reflects bad on Iberia Airlines as well. We stayed for free and that cost was too much.

Not sure how this achieves more than 2 stars. A very mediocre hotel. We arrives around midnight and the hotel obviously caters for cancelled flights as we were stacked up behind 40 or so people checking in. Check in desk were disorganised (Scrum at the desk, no queueing) grumpy and not amazingly efficient, but got checked in after about a...

We decide it to stay a few days in Madrid after we stayed in Tenerife. We picked the TRYP cause it was close to the airport and it had shuttle service. Before I say anything else I should say that every one who wrote a review about TRYP is right, this is a dumping pool for canceled Iberia flights, and...

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and slept for possibly 4 hours total. Who ever thought laminate bedroom floors and doors which bang shut were a good idea? Bedroom door and balcony door did not lock so I barricaded myself in (woman travelling alone). Staff very rude and unhelpful, food was stale. Room service is the local pizza...

It is used by Iberia for missed/cancelled flights. The refurbished rooms are alright, but the corridors, restaurant and public areas are very shabby. The stairwell is used to...

Stayed 1 night due to a missed/canceled plane with Iberia in Madrid. This place is really bad. Not 4* at all, maybe a 2+ not more. Noisy, old, bad situation (near motorway junction) and really packed (due to lots of people being in the same case of us).
Iberia consider its passenger as "sheep" and send them to this guesthouse....

Like several other reviewers, I was offered to sleep in this terrible hotel by Iberia, due to a missed flight connection. After waiting 45 minutes for the free bus shuttle, I called the hotel to ask if I should take a taxi. 15-20 minutes later the shuttle arrived and took 15-20 other minutes to go to the hotel, because of...
