We enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff were both friendly and helpful (and at least one English-speaking member at all times). The bathroom was very modern and clean. Walking distance to the beautiful Retiro Park!! The only minor dissatisfaction was that the bed was not too comfortable, but not bad enough to hamper sleep. more

Stayed here on a package for five nights. Journey takes about 20mins in taxi from airport. Check in easy and quickly done. Rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. Free water provided daily in fridge. After a last-minute flight cancellation (by British Airways) we were forced to find accommodation in Madrid at about 8.30pm.
